Enrolment Details

Thank you for considering our school!

Now that you have made a decision to enrol your child into our school, we have a few matters to ensure that you and your child have a smooth transition. The enrolment form may take about 30 minutes to fill in your and your child's particulars. Please download and prepare the following for submission:

  • ECDA's Child Care Enrolment and Subsidy Application

  • Child Development Account (CDA) form (see documents below for Singaporeans)​

 

 

ECDA's Child Care Enrolment & Subsidy Application

This form consists of 2 parts: Child Care Enrolment (applicable to all children) and Subsidy Application (applicable to Singapore Citizen children). Please download the form and fill out all relevant details.

Child Development Account (CDA)

Download and fill up the CDA form from your preferred bank to setup Interbank GIRO

DBS / POSB CDA Form

OCBC CDA Form

UOB CDA Form

Await Confirmation

Upon receiving your ECDA enrolment form, we will reserve a seat for your child. Our Administrator will update you with further details regarding finances and admin procedures.
