Vice Principal
You have a knack for teaching children, interacting professionally with parents and managing senior teachers. You believe in leading all people towards a common vision and a better tomorrow. You know you can make a difference.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
-
Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)

At least 5 years of teaching experience, preferably with another childcare.

Ownership, Excellence & Integrity. Head knowledge is important, but just like with our children, we believe that these values are much more important

Truly passionate, dynamic, and dedicated to making a difference in children’s lives

Good independent and team player with strong decision-making, time management and communication skills
-
A good level of computer literacy (E.g., MS Office Word and Excel)
-
Knowledge of financial and basic book-keeping skills, invoicing etc.

Able to speak fluently in English and preferably in another local mother-tongue.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the preschool
-
Ensure daily operations are in order and in compliance with licensing and other regulatory requirements, where applicable
-
Oversee curriculum planning and professional matters
-
Handle centre administrative matters including public relations and communications
-
Basic book-keeping (e.g. keeping records of income and expenditures)
-
Attend to and register telephone calls and walk-in enquiries
English Language Teacher
We are on the constant lookout for teachers with a passion for imparting good linguistic skills to young children. It is important to have a foundation in MOE English core curriculum and basic foundations, leading up to entry into Primary school education.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education or L2 equivalent certification under ECDA

At least a B4 in GCE ‘O’ Level English Language

At least 3 years of experience but students looking for internship opportunities are welcome to apply too

Monitor and document child’s learning and development

Communicate and update parents on their child’s progress regularly

Able to do minute taking during DGP Meetings when required

Possesses basic mobile / social media skills

Help to manage DGP’s Facebook and multimedia accounts
